A few words from Antoinette:

I have always been deeply connected to nature and the quiet wisdom it offers. Growing up in a family grounded in holistic living, I was surrounded by gardens, medicinal plants, and generational knowledge that recognised the healing power nature offers. From early on, I knew I wanted a career that allowed me to support others in returning to health. Naturopathy became the perfect meeting point between my love of plant medicine and my desire to help people transform their wellbeing.

Alongside my naturopathic training, I hold an Honours degree in Medical Pharmaceutical Science. This gives me a strong scientific foundation in human physiology, biochemistry, and the mechanisms behind healing — allowing me to bridge evidence-based practice with holistic, nature-centred care.

I am passionate about supporting individuals experiencing women’s health concerns, metabolic and mental health challenges, with a special interest in acne, thyroid imbalances, and sleep issues. My own journey with endometriosis, along with that of my sisters, has shaped my understanding of what it truly means to heal — that genuine wellbeing arises when the mind, body, and spirit are brought back into harmony.

In my practice, I view each person as a whole, interconnected system. Physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects all influence one another in subtle yet powerful ways. I also have a deep interest in energetic medicine, particularly flower essence therapy, which I offer as a beautiful and supportive modality for those who feel drawn to it.

My work is ultimately about guiding clients back to balance and alignment, helping them reconnect with their innate ability to heal, and empowering them with the tools to create long-term, meaningful change in their health and their lives.
