A few words from Bianca:
I am a passionate advocate for holistic well-being, integrating the practice of Chinese medicine, acupuncture, reiki and certified yoga facilitation. My focus is deeply inspired in women’s health encompassing the transformative phases of life and psycho-emotional healing, —a passion profoundly shaped by my own journey into motherhood, which revealed the intricate dance of grief, healing and love. I believe there is a vital need for practices that encourage nervous system down regulation in the hustle bustle lives we tend to get swept up into and that regular acupuncture consults can be the antidote to this.
In my practice, I create a nurturing and supportive space where individuals feel truly seen, heard, and empowered. My mission is to inspire self-discovery and guide others to reconnect with their authentic selves and their inherent connection to nature.
My studies in Chinese medicine, alongside my personal experiences, have profoundly deepened my understanding of womanhood. I’ve come to revere the sacred, cyclical nature of women’s bodies—phases that deserve nourishment, reverence, and love.
As women, we carry a profound gift—a rite of passage that evolves through the stages of life. Each phase—from the onset of menstruation (our heavenly waters) to fertility, from nurturing the mind, body, and spirit during pregnancy to embracing the wisdom of menopause in the second spring—deserves deep care and respect. This is something Eastern traditions bring such invaluable education around that I love to share.
Guided by personal wisdom, formal study, and lived experience, I share insights to help others nourish, heal, and embrace their truth. To me, Eastern philosophy is a vast, poetic, and endlessly captivating realm, offering profound guidance for life’s sacred transformations.
Chinese medicine provides a compassionate and intuitive framework for self-care, helping individuals reconnect with their innate wisdom and align with the divine rhythms of their cyclical nature.
